£4m Darwin Holiday Village Newquay

Phelans are delighted to have been the construction and fit out of a new Leisure and Hospitality complex for Darwin at their Summer Lodge site in Newquay. The new complex which will be open for the Summer in 2014. The fast track project will be completed in a 26-week time frame. The works include a new pool, sauna, steam room, gym and bowling area, along with kitchen and restaurant.
